- Fast-scaling digital product studio
A digital product studio was growing fast, and its leadership roles were getting more complex along with it. The question was how to prepare the next leaders for that complexity without slowing down a company that lived on speed.
What changed
- Leaders who know what’s expected of them and where they have influence
- More confidence in leading, backed by structure and practical support
- A learning culture that kept up with the studio’s growth
What I did
What leadership means here
We wrote a leadership profile together that matched the studio’s culture, values and direction. It became the basis for spotting and growing leaders from within.
A program built on real work
Learning built around the challenges people were actually facing, with coaching, peer learning and practical exercises.
Feedback as a habit
Regular feedback moments, so leadership development became part of everyday work.
Future leaders learn most from the problems they’re already facing, so we built the program around those.
The messy version is fine. I’ll tell you honestly whether I can help.
