Who is responsible

This website is run by Dimsum VOF, Tommeltlaan 44, 2640 Mortsel, Belgium, enterprise number BE 0550.783.123. For anything about your data, email ive@dimsumfamily.be.

What I collect and why

If you ask me to call you back, I receive your name, email address and phone number. I use this only to get back to you about a possible engagement.

If you sign up for early access to HAM, I receive your name, email address, what you're interested in and any context you add. I use this only to let you know when there's something to show.

If you contact me through WhatsApp or email, that conversation runs on those services and under their own privacy terms.

The hosting provider keeps basic visitor statistics, such as page views and where visitors come from. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

I don't sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing.

On what basis

A callback request is a step you take towards a possible agreement, so I process it on that basis. The HAM list is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Where it's stored and for how long

Form submissions are stored in a database managed through my website provider. Callback requests are deleted after 12 months if no engagement follows. You stay on the HAM list until you ask to be removed.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how I use it. Email ive@dimsumfamily.be and I'll handle it within a month. If you're not satisfied with my answer, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
