What I did
Room for honest conversations
Workshops and interviews with all owners and the leadership group brought expectations, worries and ambitions to the surface early. That built trust, and it made it possible to agree on a real direction together.
Two leadership cultures in one room
We put the differences on the table and used them to build a shared leadership vision for the new company together.
Governance that fits
A clear leadership framework with roles, decision rights and a rhythm for working together, respecting tradition while leaving room to adapt.
Most of the progress came from the conversations along the way, more than from the governance model itself.
The messy version is fine. I’ll tell you honestly whether I can help.
